Our project: We carried out a risk assessment of a combination product for wound healing.

The benefit to our customer: Based on our risk analysis the customer developed standardised cleaning processes during batch changes that met FDA regulations.

Our project: We prepared a gap analysis to assist the implementation of FDA conform production processes.

Our customer: Worldwide leading medical device organisation

The objective: The company needed a concept for the buy-out of an intensive care diagnostic system.

Our project: We developed the buy-out concept and included technical and economic assessments of the product and a plan to realise the value of the proposed approach. A comprehensive risk assessment was presented to the management team.

The benefit to our customer: The management understood the market requirements, market entry criteria and USP of the product. They understood the marketing plan and the cost associated with the product introduction. The economic analysis became the basis of the decision for the buy-out.

Our customer: A top 10 European pharmaceutical company

The objective: The company needed to review their portfolio. Additional support was essential to finish this effort in time.

Our project: We supported the review by analysing project data, milestones, resource and cost plans and risk tables. We helped extracting and presenting the relevant information to the senior management.

The objective: A technical feasibility study of a immunological method to support dialysis methods needed to be carried out.

Our project: In interviews with users and through analyses of the technical documentation, markets and competition, the realisation potential of the technology and the possibility for a successful market entry was evaluated.

The benefit to our customer: Our customer better understood the technology, IP situation and the development and market risks. The organisation was able to balance the project risk with potential outcomes and on this basis created the financial plan for the project.
