I founded 3R LifeScience to pass on my technical and operational management experience to organisations in the medical device industry. I have worked for more than 17 years at Fresenius, where I developed and marketed a range of medical products. As a founding member of a Fresenius subsidiary, I was Head of R&D, Production and Business Development, and a member of the Board. In this position, I acquired biotechnologies for cancer treatments as well as smaller companies. I also worked in executive positions in Clinical Development and Marketing. I have patented more than 20 inventions and published many scientific papers.

I particularly enjoyed the work as CEO for a start-up, where I helped to prevent insolvency by securing funding. Now, the company is a renowned medical device company with products in Development.

Today, I support organisations asking for advice: I help them to start and grow their business. I assist Management and teams in their R&D efforts and when they prepare product launches, and I continue to support acquisitions.
